2022 Outstanding Graduating BA Chemistry Seniors

Hometown: Grosse Pointe, Michigan

Plans after graduation: Starting a medical assistant/scribe position at a family doctor's office in August going until late spring of 2023.  During that, I'll be planning my next steps for graduate school.

Experiences as a Spartan: Being a chemistry major is a privilege at MSU because of the amazing faculty that help guide one through the process as well as the support they provide when one has outside commitments.  I was on the varsity swimming and diving team at MSU and would miss class, labs, and sometimes exams; never once were the professors not able to cooperate with me regarding my outside commitments.  I was never afraid to reach to out to anyone in the chemistry department if I needed help with anything.  I hope my experience inspires others to be a part of this amazing department. 

 

My hometown is Macomb Michigan and I plan to work in forensic science after graduation.
