In a typical semester, all TA positions for the courses listed above are filled with Chemistry graduate students on the basis of their need to fulfill a teaching requirement for their degree or on the alternate availability of research assistant funding from their PhD mentor.  Occasionally the Department does hire a TA for these courses from other graduate programs on campus.  The requirement for being considered for such a position is that the applicant have a BS degree in Chemistry or equivalent experience.  If you are interested in being considered for a TA position in Chemistry, please send your resume, a statement of interest and course preference to gradsupport@chemistry.msu.edu.
