Shaw Lane Parking Ramp (Lot 51): Parking Ramp 1 (Lot 51) is located at 592 N. Shaw Lane on the Michigan State University campus in East Lansing, adjacent to the CATA Transit Station. The ramp primarily offers pay-by-plate visitor parking in the basement level and is strictly for permit holders on the upper floors. It uses pay-by-plate and costs approximately $2 per hour 6am-10pm on ground and basement levels only, Monday-Friday. Parking is free on weekends.
