FAQ
1) Is there a registration fee for the conference?
A: No. The meeting is free to all registrants.
2) When is the deadline for registration and abstract submission?
A: Friday, August 28th, 2026 is the deadline for BOTH registration and abstract submission.
3) Where will the meeting be held?
A: All oral presentations will be held in Biological & Physical Science (BPS) building, room 1415. The poster sessions, breaks, and lunch will be held in the atrium right outside of room 1415. See meeting venue.
4) Where can I find parking?
A: Please visit the meeting venue for parking info.
5) What is the size of the poster board?
A: The poster should be no wider than 36 inches. The height can be up to 48 inches.
