In this work highlighted as a Cover Article in ACS Chemical Biology, Chemistry Prof. Xuefei Huang and his colleagues present a new carbohydrate based anti-cancer vaccine design, where a disaccharide antigen bearing glycopeptide-based vaccine was found to provide effective protection from tumor development.
