John A. Hannah Professor Angela Wilson was recently honored by Girl Scouts U.S.A., featuring her in their alumni spotlight.  She credits her early interests in science to her days in scouting.   

Girl Scouts is the world’s preeminent organization dedicated to girls to empower themselves and to promote compassion, courage, confidence, character, leadership, entrepreneurship, and active citizenship.  More than 50 million women in the U.S. have participated in Girl Scouts.
