Scott Fales and Garrett Meek receive awards

MSU graduate students Scott Fales and Garrett Meek, both of the Levine group, received awards for their presentations at the 2015 Midwest Theoretical Chemistry Conference held in Ann Arbor, MI, June 26-28. 

Scott received an award for Best Contributed Talk for presenting his work employing advanced computer hardware designed for video games to efficiently model the photochemistry of nanomaterials.  Garrett received an award for Best Poster for presenting his work elucidating the mechanism of charge transport in graphitic carbon nitride photocatalysts.
