Andrew Klose receives award

Andrew Klose, a graduate student in the Mantica research group, received one of three Young Scientist Awards at the 6th International Conference on Laser Probing (LAP2012).  The award was sponsored by LA3NET, a Marie Curie Initial Training Network Scheme funded by the European Commission, and recognized Andrew for his poster contribution entitled "Laser Spectroscopy of Mn-55 I using BECOLA at NSCL."  MSU was also selected to host the next LAP meeting tentatively set for July 2015.
