• GAMESS -- ab initio and semi-empirical quantum chemistry package
• Gaussian 98 -- electronic structure calculation package with density functional theory capabilities
• Insight II -- molecular modeling software from Accelrys Inc.
• IRIS Explorer -- scientific visualization software from the Numerical Algorithms Group
• Mathematica -- symbolic mathematics package
