Shavon Ford - Pfizer Fellowship

 
Shavon received official recognition of her fellowship from Nobel Laureate EJ Corey

Shavon Ford (Senior Chemistry Major and undergraduate member of the Maleczka Group) was one of only 23 students from around the country to receive a Pfizer Summer Undergraduate Fellowship in Synthetic organic chemistry. As part of this fellowship she presented a poster entitled "Alternative Approaches to Minimizing the Tin Requirement in Multi-step Organostannane Mediated Reactions" at a symposium held at Pfizer's Groton CT facility. At that symposium, Shavon received official recognition of her fellowship from Nobel Laureate E J Corey. (See attached photo)
